CONTENTS SUPPORT FOR PAINTING SCALE MODEL FIGURINES

To give even more realism to scale models, especially naval models, our support for painting metal figurines of the crew members of the Artesanía Latina naval model sets is a great help to achieve this objective. The stand allows you to keep the figure fixed during the painting process by sticking it to the painting process, so you avoid touching it and having to hold it with your fingers. Apart from being more comfortable, thanks to the support, the task of painting the figurine is much cleaner. We recommend that you apply a few drops of cyanoacrylate to fix the figurine to the support. Once the figurine is painted, detach it from the support and Ready to be placed on the model!

The figurine stand pack comes with 20 units to assemble. It consists of 20 plywood discs of 22 mm diameter and 20 round birch wood rods of 10 mm diameter and 45 mm long. The stand requires assembly, so we also recommend the use of cyanoacrylate (27641) or white glue (27602), depending on how fast you want the adhesive to dry. If the modeller takes care of the support, it can be used many times even if it gets stained with paint and glue.

HOW TO PAINT THE MODEL FIGURINES

Paint the figurines with one of the two packs of acrylic and water-based paints from Artesanía Latina, available separately: Basic Pack of Paints for Figurines o Advanced Pack of paints for Figurines. Use the specific set of 4 synthetic brushes for figurines and small parts and small parts (17120), also sold separately.
